Our cross-functional teams work collaboratively with Alberta-based businesses and organizations to build AI capacity and translate scientific advancement into industry adoption and economic impact.About the RoleThe Program Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery and growth of Amii’s Industry programs by strengthening client relationships, facilitating collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the coordinated execution of Industry products and initiatives that advance clients’ AI adoption goals.Reporting to the Product Owner, Industry, the Program Specialist will leverage their notable business facilitation skills to build strong relationships with Amii’s clients and position them for rapid AI adoption. This position focuses on building strong client-stakeholder relationships through meaningful communication and driving both facilitation & collaboration between Industry Team members and Industry Product clients while supporting Industry program/product development and growth.The position focuses on achieving excellence in three main accountabilities:Stakeholder Relationships: Develop, foster, and expand relationships with stakeholders across private/public industry, government, post-secondary institutions, startups, service providers, non-profit, etc.Development & Delivery: Collaborate with the Industry team to deliver and maintain engaging, relevant Industry Products that educate and meet client needs in a blended learning environment.Team Success: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams and departments, enhancing coordination and support for various Industry products and initiatives.Required Skills / ExpertiseKey ResponsibilitiesStakeholder RelationshipsSupports the Product Owner, Industry in coordinating and managing the internal workflow of Industry products and programs including communications, workshop/event support, FAQ’s, outreach, etc.Supports external client engagement initiatives led by the Product Owner, Industry, by coordinating communication, sharing updates, and fostering productive relationships with key stakeholdersAssists in equipping clients with industry insights to evaluate and support prospective AI opportunities.Ensures all communication is clear, timely, and addresses stakeholder concerns and expectationsAddresses any client issues or conflicts promptly to maintain trust and collaborationDevelopment & DeliveryFacilitates client workshops, guides client group activities and leads discussions with client representatives to identify and uncover potential AI and ML opportunities and strategies aligned to their business objectivesPrepares reports and serves as primary Q&A for excellence in communication, clarity and alignment to brand standards for all client-facing documentationFacilitates client document review, confirming next steps and final knowledge transfer for engagementsGathers and reviews feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of Industry products and programsMaintains detailed records of workshop sessions, group/participant progress and outcomesTeam SuccessMonitors project progress to flag any delays or obstaclesIdentifies opportunities for increased efficiency within the Industry team and implements actionable improvementsEncourages and identifies problem-solving approaches to work while acting as a collaboratorCollaborates with internal teams to ensure client success through effective communication, feedback integration, and alignment of goalsRequired QualificationsPost-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications or related field3+ years of experience in program support and delivery, communications, and stakeholder relations1+ years of Project Management experienceProven track record of designing and leading strategic planning workshops for senior leadershipProven ability to connect with diverse audiences and facilitate meaningful learning experiencesProficient in tools such as Google Suite, HubSpot or related CRM ToolsExperience working within a technology-focused organization is an asset (nice to have)Attributes and ExpectationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersFlexibility and willingness to adapt, including working with disparate data, skill levels, and client needsDemonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detailMaintains a positive, group-win approach and a willingness to learn, teach and shareSuccessfully manages multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates professional maturity, resourcefulness and self-discipline in engaging in the pursuit of the organization’s goalsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at a timeWhat you\'ll love about usA professional yet casual work environment that encourages the growth and development of your skillsParticipate in professional development activitiesGain access to the Amii community and eventsA chance to learn from amazing teammates who support one another to succeedCompetitive compensation, including paid time off and health benefitsA modern office located in downtown Edmonton, AlbertaHow to ApplyI\'f this sounds like the opportunity you\'ve been waiting for, please don’t wait for the closing February 10, 2026 to apply -
