Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Engineer (EIC) – Vancouver, Hybrid***Completed***The OpportunityAre you an experienced engineer passionate about solving global environmental challenges? Join a leader in industrial wastewater treatment technology, developing solutions to address hazardous pollutants and contribute to a sustainable future.Key Responsibilities• Electrical Design: Design containerized water treatment systems, including single-line diagrams, electrical load lists, and control panels.• PLC/HMI Development: Program Siemens and other PLC-based control systems, Ignition HMI, and remote-monitoring platforms.• Installation & Commissioning: Oversee electrical/automation installations and conduct factory and site acceptance testing.• Operations Support: Troubleshoot alarms and maintain system documentation.• Innovation & Collaboration: Optimize system designs and drive technology adoption for cost and performance improvements.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; professional designation: P.Eng or ASTTBC.• 5+ years’ experience with process facilities, water treatment plants, or similar multi-disciplinary projects.• Proficiency in Siemens PLC, HMI platforms (e.g., Ignition, VTScada), AutoCAD, SQL databases, and industrial networking.The role reports to the Head of Automation, and will fulfill an essential role within a company that is committed to commercializing innovative solutions to protect the planet’s primary resource. #J-18808-Ljbffr
