Key Responsibilities Accounting & Close Support Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations Support audits and internal control requirements Financial Reporting & Analysis Produce month-end financial reporting and management analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities in partnership with FP&A Analyze working capital, liquidity, and cash flow trends Treasury & Cash Flow Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts Support treasury-related activities, including liquidity monitoring and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3–6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling Experience supporting month-end close and reporting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred / Assets Experience in a construction, project-based, or asset-intensive industry Experience working with Oracle ERP Exposure to EPM and/or SAP consolidation tools Prior FP&A support experience CPA designation or active progress toward completion Core Competencies Ability to balance detailed accounting work with analytical responsibilities Strong communication skills across finance and operations Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
