Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Cloud Solutions Specialist will support the day‑to‑day operations of marketing communications specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and communications (SMS, Email, Web) sent to various audiences. Additionally, this role will be accountable for maintenance of secondary systems used to create improved CX experiences, including Alchemer & 123‑Form Builder. The position collaborates closely with marketing and cross‑functional teams to drive growth and build a better experience for our customers. Major Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Cloud Administrator – Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder and core Integration configuration in a multi‑org environment. Collaborate with Marketing Cloud Solutions Manager to support Marketing, Sales & Operations & Client Experience, and analytics to design and implement new and improved customer experiences. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize workflows and email templates. Support secondary systems that deliver improved Client Experience (Alchemer & 123‑Form Builder). Build and execute stand‑alone email deployments and comprehensive campaigns. Test and QA marketing programs to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement. Optimize email deliverability while working to minimize unsubscribes. Use data to provide recommendations to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Work with analytics to measure, segment, and optimize workflows to enhance engagement, efficiency, and scalability. Qualifications & Experience Degrees, Diplomas & Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications or equivalent work experience. Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job 2‑4 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or ExactTarget). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and creative development. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven recommendations. Strong project‑management skills and attention to detail. Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office. Experience working with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud is preferred and an asset. Experience with SQL in Marketing Cloud (similar experience to SQL Server Studio or MySQL workbench). Proficiency with HTML, CSS & AMPscript.
