We are partnering with an established global luxury accessories company to hire a Luxury Retail Concession Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a profitable concession business within a partner department store. The Concession Manager leads sales, client experience, team development, operations, and merchandising while maintaining strong relationships with department store leadership. This position reports to the Retail Director.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & ManagementLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales teamPartner with HR on recruiting, hiring, training, and performance managementAssign daily responsibilities and sales goals; monitor execution and provide ongoing coachingComplete weekly sales reporting and implement performance-driven adjustmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, distribution, customer service, and corporate partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and department store standardsDrive sales and profitability through strategic planning and inventory controlDeliver an elevated client experience through strong service standards and product knowledgeBuild and maintain a robust client book; coach team members on clienteling best practicesPrepare for sales events, activations, and inventory periodsExecute all POS transactions across internal and department store systemsMaintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise presentationOversee floor moves, renovations, window displays, and event setupsMaintain strong control over inventory, shrink, and expensesManage shipments, receiving, tagging, and stockroom organizationEnsure cleanliness and operational excellence in both front and back of houseQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred5+ years of luxury retail or boutique experience2+ years of supervisory or management experienceStrong background in sales leadership, merchandising, inventory, and operationsProficiency with POS systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needsPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyFrequent walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and handling merchandiseClose visual acuity required for detailed work and computer useWork performed primarily indoors within a department store environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
