We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant who will provide support to two of our leadership team members and undertake duties to ensure the smooth running of the Centrica Energy Leadership Team Office. The role holder will have a high level of professional discretion, tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior level internal and external contact and regular exposure to confidential data. The role holder will need to demonstrate a high level of initiative as they will work closely with Leadership Team members and also often need to work independently with minimal support. The role holder will be required to work from the Company’s offices based in London (near to Marble Arch) and need to be in the office at least 3 days per week. #LI-CET Role accountabilities: Provide an effective and efficient support service to Centrica Energy leadership team members Perform complex and ever-changing diary management working with different time zones Arrange international and local travel: flights, hotels and detailed travel itineraries and end-to-end seamless schedules Collation of papers and documents required for meetings to ensure full preparedness for all meetings/appointments Processing of purchase orders and following up on any queries relating to the purchase order / payment process Assist in maintaining integrity and accuracy of Centrica Energy distribution lists, adding new starters removing leavers Prepare Word and Power Point documents on behalf of leadership team members Submit and track expenses Contribute to other shared tasks requested by peers and by the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Centrica Energy) Provide cover to other Personal Assistants during any sick leave and vacation time. The Person: Experience of providing high quality administrative support within a complex and fast paced commercial environment Experience of having worked within financial services or a trading environment would be preferred Assertive, resilient and able to work well with strong personalities, strong emotional resilience Ability to work pro-actively and independently with confidence Team player who is comfortable working in a larger, team environment High level of confidentiality and initiative Highly organised who can work to tight deadlines, able to prioritise and forward plan and remain calm under pressure Excellent communicator; able to liaise effectively with senior executives Good interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) with a pleasant, professional manner IT skills – Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
