Talent Acquisition Specialist - United States | Canada - IT & NON IT Recruitment Responsibilities Create, manage, and execute end-to-end release plans, ensuring all deployment activities are effectively scheduled, tracked, and controlled. Integrate release management practices into delivery processes to enhance service quality, reliability, scalability, and security. Establish infrastructure for tracking updates and changes, converting data into actionable reporting, recommendations, and schedules. Provide clear, accurate, and reliable communication on release impacts, risks, and dependencies. Offer subject matter expertise to Release & Deployment Management and IT support teams. Develop strategies for remediation, collision avoidance, and continuous improvement. Identify control or communication gaps and implement preventative solutions. Deliver updates to senior leadership on accomplishments, risks, trends, and opportunities. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models. Apply DevOps and continuous delivery principles to optimize deployment efficiency. Manage work items independently using ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence. Protect organizational interests through proactive risk management and escalation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). 5+ years of Release, ITS, or IT Project Management experience. 8–10 years of experience in IT operations, service management, systems analysis, or development. Strong proficiency documenting release and change management processes in ServiceNow. Comprehensive knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and ITSM lifecycles. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive task completion. Excellent leadership, analytical, and executive communication skills. Ability to develop plans, strategies, and resolutions for operational improvements. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends. Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills. Ability to assess team capabilities and guide growth aligned with business needs.
