Requirements Experience/Qualification: Relevant qualification or experience in quality, compliance, and/or community care. Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of quality management and compliance in the home care, aged care, and/or disability industry. Skills: Experience coordinating internal audits and supporting external audit processes; Skilled in incident and complaint management with regulatory reporting experience; Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities; High-level Excel skills and experience with document/incident management systems. Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and capability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Implement and manage the quality system, including internal audits, policy implementation, document control, and maintaining risk/continuous improvement registers. Handle and manage complaints and incidents, including implementing procedures for ‘reportable incidents’. Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards (Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards) and implement regulatory change. Oversee the workplace health and safety (WHS) and incident management system. Assist in identifying staff training needs based on quality and feedback processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
