This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in the earliest stages of designing a consulting and innovation advisory model.You will work closely with the founder on projects that span strategy, operations, content design, and early business development. If you enjoy creating structure from ambiguity, designing systems, and building tangible tools, this role is perfect for you.This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career individuals, but we welcome anyone with curiosity, initiative, and strong analytical abilities.What You’ll Work OnYou will play a key role in shaping the internal architecture of StrategyRx by contributing to:Framework DevelopmentHelping refine the Clinical Feasibility & Value FrameworkDesigning client-facing templates, including:assessment reportsfeasibility scoring sheetsexecutive summariesworkflow diagramsCreating reusable components that elevate the quality and consistency of our advisory workBusiness Model & Engagement DesignSupporting the definition of engagement structures (sprint, retainer, advisory)Mapping out potential pricing logic and service tiersDesigning onboarding, scoping, and project-flow processesHelping identify, engage, and onboard clinicians, researchers, and domain expertsCreating advisor materials and intake templatesSupporting outreach to build a high-quality advisory networkEarly Business Development SupportMapping potential clients and collaboratorsHelping shape the narrative and positioning of StrategyRxYou will be contributing directly to how StrategyRx operates, delivers value, and scales.Who We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to be an expert in clinical strategy — but you do need to be:A self-starter who thrives in ambiguityA strong writer, communicator, and synthesizer of informationAnalytical, curious, and comfortable with researchSomeone who enjoys building frameworks, templates, and structured thinkingOrganized, reliable, and able to turn ideas into polished outputsExcited about healthcare, innovation, technology, or system designExperience or interest in the following areas is helpful but not required:health systems, digital health, med-tech, consulting, research, product strategy, biomedical science, public health, business, or clinical fields.CompensationThis role begins as an unpaid engagement as we refine the StrategyRx framework, tools, and internal systems. This is a 1 year position.
