Strategy & Operations Associate (Founding Team Role) Location: Remote Engagement: Part-time, flexible Compensation: Unpaid initial engagement; paid opportunities available as client work begins Start Date: Rolling About the Role We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate who is excited about building something from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in the earliest stages of designing a consulting and innovation advisory model. You will work closely with the founder on projects that span strategy, operations, content design, and early business development. If you enjoy creating structure from ambiguity, designing systems, and building tangible tools, this role is perfect for you. This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career individuals, but we welcome anyone with curiosity, initiative, and strong analytical abilities. What You’ll Work On You will play a key role in shaping the internal architecture of StrategyRx by contributing to: 1. Framework Development Helping refine the Clinical Feasibility & Value Framework 2. Template & Deliverable Design Designing client-facing templates, including: assessment reports feasibility scoring sheets pitch decks executive summaries workflow diagrams Creating reusable components that elevate the quality and consistency of our advisory work 3. Business Model & Engagement Design Supporting the definition of engagement structures (sprint, retainer, advisory) Mapping out potential pricing logic and service tiers Designing onboarding, scoping, and project-flow processes 4. Advisor Network Development Helping identify, engage, and onboard clinicians, researchers, and domain experts Creating advisor materials and intake templates Supporting outreach to build a high-quality advisory network 5. Early Business Development Support Mapping potential clients and collaborators Drafting outreach materials Helping shape the narrative and positioning of StrategyRx You will be contributing directly to how StrategyRx operates, delivers value, and scales. Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an expert in clinical strategy — but you do need to be: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity A strong writer, communicator, and synthesizer of information Analytical, curious, and comfortable with research Someone who enjoys building frameworks, templates, and structured thinking Organized, reliable, and able to turn ideas into polished outputs Excited about healthcare, innovation, technology, or system design Experience or interest in the following areas is helpful but not required: health systems, digital health, med-tech, consulting, research, product strategy, biomedical science, public health, business, or clinical fields. Compensation This role begins as an unpaid engagement as we refine the StrategyRx framework, tools, and internal systems. This is a 1 year position. However, upon the start of paid client work (target summer 2026), fair compensation and role evolutions discussions will take place.
