Where the team fits in The Relationship Manager works in a cross‑functional team known as a HIVE which consists of members who manage Specialist Sales, Success and Support. To our customers, you are their trusted advisor that facilitates connection with the right team at the right time to help their business thrive. To the wider Sales team, you are the person that skilfully brings them in on an opportunity at the right moment. When you join the Sales team within the Customer Group you join a wider group of folks representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal – all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value. What the role is all about Manage and maintain relationships with a mix of tiered customers in a defined market or region, ensuring their needs are met. Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action. Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention. Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success. Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support. Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with Hive team engagement. Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs. Who we’re looking for Someone who can build, manage and efficiently convert their own pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce. Someone with a proven track record of business development and sales skills – We are looking for hunters who chase targets. You are curious and a connector. You will know the importance of building relationships fast with internal stakeholders as well as customers. You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in the Hive. Any experience in SaaS is desirable. Knowledge of property and marketing methods helpful. Advertising and online experience highly desirable. Previous use of CRM systems. Looks at tricky situations through a solutions‑focused lens. Retain customer base within cancellation and renewal targets.
