Graphic Design Production Coordinator – Contract Molson Coors Beverage Company is looking for a Graphic Design Production Coordinator – Contract to join our studio team. You will oversee and maintain the workflow, production, and timely delivery of graphic design projects. Compensation Base pay range: $61,500 – $80,700 per year. Requisition ID: 36525 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end production process of design projects, from intake to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including account executives, designers, and other studio team members, to gather project requirements, establish priorities, and allocate resources. Assign tasks and projects to design team members, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Serve as primary point of contact for project‑related inquiries, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. Implement and streamline production processes and workflows in Adobe Workfront, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring efficiency and scalability. Establish, maintain, and archive accurate project records in Adobe Workfront. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule. Collaborate with external vendors and partners, managing relationships and coordinating deliverables as necessary. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather project briefs, clearly communicating expectations and providing guidance on design concepts and timelines. Lead and support new stakeholder and external agency onboarding and training. Act as liaison between account executives and studio team, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow. Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Support execution and adaptation of production design work as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of graphic design project management experience, proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role. Bilingual proficiency in French‑Canadian and English highly preferred. Understanding of the creative design process and experience working closely with graphic design teams. Experience with Adobe Workfront preferred. Strong project management skills, ability to handle complex projects quickly and with urgency. Exemplify Molson Coors core values.
