This role identifies business needs and delivers effective, performance-focused programs aligned to the business talent verschieden, ensuring all program components are executed efficiently with robust change management and communications.. Key Accountabilities Lead end-to-end strategic planning, design, and delivery of innovative learning programs and events, ensuring alignment with BMO and Capital Markets goals. Build interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups to create the highest value for all stakeholders. Lead a team that delivers best in class student experience events, orientation, and training programs designed to support role readiness and drive engagement and retention. Develop, promote, and manage designated programs, conducting periodic reviews, analyzing outcomes, and recommending enhancements or digital solutions for continuous improvement. Oversee budgets, staffing, logistics, and vendor relationships, ensuring effective resource utilization and cost management. Set and monitor KPIs, report on program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment across groups. _style>Provide strategic advice and guidance to business leaders, assess performance gaps, and recommend high-value learning solutions. Lead change management and communication strategies, including the development of tailored messaging and social media communications. Stay current with industry developments, updating programs to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness. Moderate program sessions with participants and senior leaders and provide on the ground support during peak event delivery weeks. Maintain external networks to understand the competitive landscape, and keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and new technology solutions and trends. Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Apply expertise and think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine. Experience / Qualifications Leadership of teams - Expert. Event planning experience - in-depth/Expert. Creativity, with strong ability to bring new ideas to life. Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert. Influence skills - In-depth / Expert. Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - Expert. Able to manage ambiguity. Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and meet strict deadlines. Ability to problem solve and pivot quickly when needed. Some travelيب required (2-3 times a year) 3-4 days in office with additional in office time required during peak program dates Salaire $86,000.00 - $160,000.00 Type de rémunération: Salaire Ce qui précède représente la fourchette et le type de rémunération de BMO Groupe financier. Les salaires varieront en fonction de facteurs comme l’emplacement, les compétences, l’expérience, les études et les qualifications pour le poste et pourront inclure une vá structure de commissions. Les salaires pour les postes à temps partiel seront calculés au prorata du nombre d’heures travaillées régulièrement. Pour les rôles à ಮತ್ತachment, le salaire susmentionné représente la cible de BMO Groupe financier pour la première année au poste. La rémunération totale offerte par BMO variera selon le type de rémunération associé au poste et peut comprendre des primes de rendement, des primes discrétionnaires ainsi que d’autres avantages et récompenses.
