OverviewFlalingo Family is looking for freelance tutors. We teach English through live online lessons, using Generative AI to offer a personalized and interactive learning journey. You’ll teach students from around the world from the comfort of your home, help them improve their language skills, and participate in our community of tutors shaping the future of Flalingo.ResponsibilitiesTeach students online, focusing on improving speaking skills and using play-based, interactive methods.Participate in a global tutor community and contribute to a positive learning environment.Be tech-savvy and comfortable with online teaching tools.Maintain a conducive home workspace with reliable internet and a suitable computer setup.QualificationsDegree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, Translation & Interpretation, or related fields.Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to children aged 4–12.Familiarity with play-based teaching techniques; patient, creative, energetic, and strong in child communication.Able to use technology effectively in lessons; proficient in online teaching platforms.Excellent English communication skills.Preferably holds a teaching certificate (pedagogical formation).Preferred QualificationsInternational teaching certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL.Experience in preschool or primary school settings.Advanced level of English proficiency.Senioriy levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionEducation and TrainingIndustriesEducationRemember, at Flalingo, we believe in the motto "Do Good."
