Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager L4 to lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key portfolios within the MyCare ecosystem. As a senior member of the team, you will tackle open‑ended problems, drive innovation across product groups, and ensure our solutions deliver significant value to our customers and the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Product and Services, you will leverage deep market insights and technical judgment to deliver large‑scale initiatives. You are energized by solving complex problems, mentoring other product professionals, and acting as a strategic bridge between business goals and technical execution.

What you'll do

Lead Product Strategy: Lead the development of the product strategy and roadmap for a complex product group or portfolio, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive value and impact for the organization and our customers. Drive Innovation: Foster an environment where new ideas are championed and tested across product and portfolio teams. Lifecycle Management: Manage products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, including making critical end‑of‑life decisions. Financial Planning: Own the financial planning for your overarching product portfolio, including budget allocation, forecasting revenue, and managing costs.

Cross‑Functional Leadership: Co‑lead multiple complex initiatives with significant contributions in direction setting, high‑level design, and execution through to roll‑out, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design and TPM leads. Stakeholder Management: Involve necessary stakeholders in strategic decision‑making, shape product roadmaps, and facilitate cross‑functional coordination. Mentorship: Act as a leader for other Product Management Professionals, providing mentorship to those at L2 and L3 levels. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive feature improvements, track performance and inform product decisions, ensuring deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle Senior Level Experience: Demonstrated fluency in Level 4 product expectations, possessing a high standard of technical judgment and execution that allows you to tackle open‑ended problems requiring difficult prioritization. Strategic Vision: Excels at defining the vision and delivering large‑scale initiatives with significant impact to the business. Business Acumen: Business‑savvy, with a deep understanding of revenue streams, financial implications of product decisions and business model dynamics. Customer Centricity: Advanced skills in market research and customer feedback analysis, advocating for user needs to ensure products effectively address their problems.

Project Management: Effective in project management, overseeing complex projects, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery while mitigating risks. Communication Mastery: Understands complex issues and applies simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision‑making and action. Agile Expertise: Deep expertise in delivery methodologies and practices (Agile, Scrum), guiding the team to optimal performance. Great to haves Experience with digital health platforms, telemedicine, or health technology.

Knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations and market dynamics. English‑French bilingualism considered an asset. Salary

Range: $100,000–$150,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
