As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, from conception to launch, and continuously optimizing products based on user feedback and market trends.

A Day in the Life- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify user needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, feature releases, and dependencies. Ensure alignment with stakeholders and communicate updates effectively.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to drive product development from concept to launch. Foster collaboration and communication among team members.- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives. Make data-driven decisions to optimize the product experience.- User Experience (UX) Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.- Product Development: Manage the product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release planning and testing. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features within budget constraints.- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, milestones, and insights to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and cross-functional partners. Solicit feedback and address concerns in a timely manner.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or performance. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues proactively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience (X years) in digital product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean Startup.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.- Experience developing and executing product strategies is preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
