This is a senior, hands-on role focused on revenue, not vanity metrics. You will design, launch, and scale paid systems that support both corporate and franchise territories.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and Local campaignsBuild and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts and funnelsDevelop scalable paid frameworks that franchise partners can deploy locallyPlan and launch email campaigns tied to promotions, seasonality, and reactivation(Black Friday, holidays, seasonal deep cleans, moving season, referral pushes, etc.)Build automated email and lifecycle flows for abandoned bookings, retention, and repeat purchaseDesign full-funnel strategies from cold traffic to booked serviceOptimize landing pages and booking paths to improve conversion ratesTrack performance through GA4, GTM, CRM, and email platformsEstablish reporting systems franchise partners can understand and useRequirements5+ years of performance marketing experienceDeep expertise in Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong experience with lifecycle and email marketing systemsExperience scaling multi-location or franchise-style campaignsProven ability to manage and optimize larger monthly budgetsHighly analytical mindset focused on ROAS, CPL, and revenueSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesConsumer ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hellamaid by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
