Senior Manager of Growth Marketing

Overview AsSenior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will lead Tangams efforts to drive qualified pipeline growth and accelerate revenue. You will build and manage a Business Development (BDR) function, own the companys lead-generation strategy, and oversee content and campaigns that engage decision-makers and fuel the Sales team. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market engine. Your day to day responsibilities will include : Build and lead the BDR team : Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting Sales Directors globally. Lead generation & pipeline growth : Develop and execute scalable multi-channel campaignsemail, digital, account-based outreach, and eventsthat create awareness and drive conversions. Content strategy : Oversee the creation of compelling assets (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, thought-leadership pieces) tailored to each stage of the buyer journey. Sales alignment : Partner with Sales leadership to define qualification standards, optimize hand-offs, and increase conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to opportunities. Account-based marketing (ABM) : Support land and expand initiatives by developing campaigns and personalized outreach for top-tier customer accounts. Event & tradeshow strategy : Maximize ROI of conferences, speaking engagements, and client events as lead-generation channels. Analytics & reporting : Define KPIs for pipeline creation, conversion rates, and ROI. Regularly report results and optimize campaigns to hit growth targets. Technology & systems : Implement and optimize tools (CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms) to drive productivity and integration. Qualifications Preferred qualifications and experience : 5+ years of experience in a leadership function recruiting and managing a team of marketing specialists 5+ years of marketing experience in enterprise sales involving complex software Strong first-hand experience with account-based marketing, marketing automation campaigns and relevant modern tools Track record of developing collaborative relationships with departmental leaders and promoting cross-team collaboration with sales and customer success About us Who we are Tangam Systems is a rapidly growing company that is at the cutting edge of developing data analytics and visualization software.
