Project Manager, Hazardous Materials and Indoor Air Quality Location: Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada Your Main Responsibilities Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules; Coordinating and managing projects, including, but not limited to: Designated Substances/Hazardous Materials Surveys; Indoor Air Quality Assessments; Industrial Hygiene Assessments; Mould and Water Damage Assessments; Hazardous Materials Tendering and Abatement Supervision; Potable Water; Asbestos Abatement Contractor Oversight, Inspections and Air Sampling; Building Demolition Oversight. Coordinating projects in other areas of Environmental Consulting, if required; Management of project budgets and project tracking; Generating and providing technical reviews of deliverable documentation such as technical reports, proposals, and qualification packages; Managing and/or generating deliverable documentation of various projects including technical documents; Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures and work plans; Interacting, coordinating, and scheduling projects with clients, as directed by the Team Lead or Director; Participating in project management meetings, office meetings, health, and safety inspections; Maintaining a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high quality of work; Consistently maintaining professionalism and objectivity while working with colleagues and clients who require varying degrees of support; Handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts; Conducting project administration tasks as required, including timesheet generation, project finance management and project invoicing. What Makes You Unique Undergraduate degree and/or applicable (science/engineering) diploma required; Minimum 10 years of applicable experience in indoor air quality or hazardous materials environmental consulting; Experience providing reviews to proposals, specifications, case studies, technical and non-technical reports required; Solid understanding of provincial and federal regulatory requirements acquired through experience and education; Possession of valid driver’s license required; This position requires consistent access to a reliable personal vehicle, as it is essential for work‑related travel, including attending site visits, meetings, and other site‑specific tasks. Employees are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is properly insured, maintained, and complies with all legal requirements for road use.
