This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team. About the Role We’re looking for a self-starter to join our team as Product Manager, Telematics. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy of evolving into the product offering into a gateway to enable data driven decisions. In this role, you will manage the development pipeline, both strategy and execution, and manage day to day product needs along with having a front line seat to client analytics requests through being responsible for the telematics analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of product management for the core telematics offering impacting the P&L but also working closely with other product owners to integrate the data into our other service offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the P&L and making recommendations on pricing and are responsible for the client analytics experience having a team dedicated to driving the various reports and tools which will become a very important part of our revenue story go forward for new product offerings. What You’ll Do Support product owner in defining the overall product strategy and roadmap to meet both growth and operations efficiency and effectiveness objectives and targets. Responsible for developing all detailed product requirements, return on investment analysis and establishing time schedules with IT, Commercial and Operations. Create and update the ideal user digital experience [driver and client] with digital team including journey maps, client sentiment and ongoing client and driver validation feedback. Continuously engage with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, cross-functional product teams and account management to gather feedback on product enhancement opportunities. Develop business cases for new product development and enhancements and gain market intelligence via monitoring competition and gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and industry trends. Analyze build vs. partner solutions and make recommendations to product owner based upon findings and maintain backlog of all key initiatives for the product including partner, people, technology, process and product structure. Actively participate in future assessments and roadmap realignment sessions both for existing product and any product with crossover benefits and measure success of initiatives and develop ongoing dashboards. Commercialize new product offerings with successful launch of new products or new variations of products and participate in prospect and client meetings and act as Point of Contact for product discussions to promote value proposition. Lead education sessions with commercial and client on product roadmap and status updates, continuously review and maintain RFP responses in global database for product, and collaborate with sales and RFP team to provide tailored responses to individual RFPs. Support product owner through pricing analysis and understanding how various strategies impact P&L, manage all fee and charge code updates for the product, own billing strategy including fee id and fee code cleanup and setup, and be responsible for tracking financial outcomes from all development investments and performing analysis on results. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering and / or related field. 5+ years relevant experience, including product development, product marketing, product management and project management. Strong technology and analytical experience, working with clients on analytics presentation and design. Strong product development experience, developing plans and executing upon new product introductions and launch of enhancements. Experience with agile development methodologies. Experience in fleet telematics. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of fleet and telematics preferred. Experience in UX prototyping. Nice to have: One of AIPMM, Pragmatic, PMI, Product School or PDMA certifications. Nice to have: PMP, CAPM, Green/Black Belt. Leadership and influencing skills, with positive and inclusive, get-it-done attitude. Ability to think strategically – deliver short term benefits and maintaining long-term focus. Location Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026 The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
