Job SummaryHR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, monitoring, and analyzing financial data to help guide strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and performance reporting that drive company growth and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business planning.Develop, maintain, and improve financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Evaluate historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities for financial performance improvement.Support cost-benefit analysis for projects and business cases.Partner with accounting and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.Stay current with financial regulations, trends, and best practices.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial concepts, reporting, and data analysis.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ExperienceMinimum of 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.Prior experience in a corporate finance or FP&A role is highly desirable.Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Working HoursStandard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMFlexible/remote working options may be available based on performance and company policy.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSolid understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.High degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.Capacity to think critically, synthesize information, and offer actionable recommendations.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, holidays, and sick leaveProfessional development and training programsWork-from-home flexibility or hybrid work environmentEmployee wellness initiatives and support services401(k) with company matching (if applicable)Why Join HR Service Jobs?At HR Service Jobs, we believe that people are our greatest asset.
