Look no further than a sales opportunity at Lindsay Kia You’ll love your position as an Sales Consultant: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the sales process. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and available options, to effectively present them to customers. Sales Process: Conduct test drives, explain financing options, and negotiate sales terms to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address inquiries, provide post‑sale support, and encourage repeat business. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide customers with accurate and up‑to‑date information. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to automotive sales. Other duties as assigned. We’d love to hear from you, if: Previous experience in auto sales is an asset but not required. However, a minimum of 2 years of previous Canadian sales/retail/hospitality experience is required. OMVIC certification or a willingness to obtain. Technically savvy and prior DMS experience is an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets. Valid G driver's license and a clean abstract.
