Responsibilities Test Center Manager oversees a small team of Test Administrators, handles hiring, training, staffing, scheduling, conflict resolution, and is the first point of contact for facility issues. The role includes customer service, site operations, and maintaining a secure testing environment. On‑site management of Test Administrator team. Site staffing, hiring, retention, conflict resolution, and scheduling. Training, developing, coaching staff. First contact for facility issues. Customer service and facility operations. Maintaining a secure testing environment. Operational problem resolution when not at test center. Schedule Requirements Available 25–35 hours per week with expectation to work additional hours as needed. Work various shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, Monday through Saturday. Approx. 2–3 Saturdays per month; Sunday shifts infrequent but possible. Willing to travel across Canada to support Temporary Test Events three times a year. Compensation Starting pay $23.38 per hour for bilingual candidates. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum one year customer service experience; one year supervisory experience in customer service preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Customer service, facility operations, and training experience. Team leading and training skills in a testing environment. Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, internet, and email. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on occasion; stand and sit for extended periods.
