In this role, you will own specific experiences within FME Form, shaping robust, no-code data integration capabilities within FME Form that enable a diverse and growing customer base to achieve their business goals.You’ll work closely with developers, designers, other product managers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and innovation. Your work will directly contribute to the success of FME Form and help maintain Safe Software’s reputation as a leader in data integration and spatial data solutions.About The TeamAs part of the Product Management team, you’ll join a dynamic and cross-functional group of product professionals who guide product direction across the entire FME platform. The team ensures alignment with Safe Software’s goals, delivers customer satisfaction, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.As a Product Manager on the FME Form product, you will focus on delivering outcomes that expand what’s possible for our users — from supporting emerging technologies to creating more intuitive tools for complex data challenges — while ensuring FME Form remains a trusted and powerful tool for diverse industries and customer needs. You’ll ensure that product decisions balance customer insights, usage data, technical feasibility, platform-specific constraints, usability considerations and strategic priorities.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Product Manager II, you will:Translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product solutions, from initial problem identification through to release.Collaborate closely with UX, Development, and other stakeholders to design and implement high-quality solutions that are production ready.Work closely with your team to tackle detailed and nuanced problems, ensuring decisions stay aligned with vision.Write and communicate well-defined product requirements that give teams the context and direction they need to build solutions with meaningful user impact.Navigate and contribute to projects with a high degree of technical complexity, ensuring solutions remain user-focused and intuitive.Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle.Engage with customers to gather insights, iterate on solutions, and ensure the product addresses real-world needs.What We’re Looking ForSafers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge.
