This role will work with customers directly via phone, email to help them with product, order, return and warranty claim questions. The role helps support the increased volume of contacts we receive over the active, winter season.ResponsibilitiesSupports all Elevate OC BrandsAnswer customer phone calls in a timely mannerRespond to all online order, return and product questions sent via email or form through our Front applicationUnderstand our product lines in order to assist customers with technical and non-technical questions in support of finding the right product for their needsUnderstand and follow standard operating procedures for order, online return and Warranty claim managementProcess requests for Return Authorizations, and issue RAs in compliance with Elevate return window and policiesAssist customers with delivery issues, misships and pricing errorsProvide excellent customer service to consumers through strong verbal and written communication skills.Maintain product knowledge through clinics, company events and industry publicationsCommunicate regularly with supervisor regarding workload and issues as they arise.Process requests for Return Authorizations, and issue RAs in compliance with Elevate return window and policiesAssist customers with delivery issues, misships and pricing errorsProvide excellent customer service to consumers through strong verbal and written communication skills.Maintain product knowledge through clinics, company events and industry publicationsCommunicate regularly with supervisor regarding workload and issues as they arise.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma / GED.Genuine interest and understanding of the Elevate OC collection of products and sports we serveAbility to function well in fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlinesAbility to work well in a team environment and cross functionallyComfortable working independently and staying on task without supervisionTwo years of customer relations experience.Experience with Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid time management and project management skillsOvertime and/or an adjusted schedule may be required in peak seasonPreferred QualificationsExperience with one or more of the Elevate OC brand collection and/or sporting goods products2-3 years’ experience with outdoor retail sporting goodsPrevious Customer Service ExperienceBi-lingual experience is a plus - English, and FrenchPhysical RequirementsAbility to see, speak and hearAbility to sit in front of computer for long periods of timeAbility to enter data for long periods of timeThe Pay range for this role is $28.00CAD - $32.00CAD.K2-MDV Sports is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Women/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans.
