The platform features a comprehensive knowledge management system, enterprise search with over 100 integrations, AI workflows, no-code apps, AI support ticket enrichment, and advanced analytics.

Ask-AI is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a creative, ambitious, and hands-on Head of Marketing with a deep understanding of diverse marketing strategies. This role will lead, develop, and execute initiatives to elevate Ask-AI’s brand and produce compelling, innovative content as we continue our journey to transform the future of AI.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing. You will play an instrumental role in helping us achieve our goals for various growth phases.
Responsibilities- Lead Branding Strategy: Develop and implement a global brand strategy while driving initiatives that make our value and mission clear to a wide audience.
- Content Creation & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and engaging content and messaging that resonates with our audiences and highlights the core value of Ask-AI’s technology.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design and deliver high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns to expand our community.
- Team Building: Build a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Engaging with Key Partners: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and collaborators to enhance brand reach and impact.
- Strategic PR and Communication: Build, manage, and execute a robust PR strategy and initiatives as part of a holistic marketing approach.
- Experience as a VP of Marketing or Head of Marketing.
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience across multiple companies, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in content marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
- Experience in early-stage brand position and go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and effectively convey them through various marketing channels.
- Strong project management and E2E execution skills, including third-party management.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results.
- Native English proficiency - Must.
- Startup experience - Must.
- Support experience or experience selling to IT - Advantage.
- Experience in larger enterprises - Advantage.
