Road Supervisor

Job Description:

$70k to $75k annual salary, plus benefits
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, some on call, evening and weekend work is required.
Responding to service calls, jumping batteries, towing vehicles, changing tires etc
Conduct site and fleet inspections.
Assisting with dispatch, answering phones and dealing with customers
Responsible for overseeing a team of tow truck drivers
Maintain a safe work environment, document and report concerns to upper management
Cambridge Based
We Require:
DZ or G driver license
Valid tow truck license with 5 or more years of towing experience
Clear abstract and CVOR
Security background clearance
Past experience with dispatching is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of MTO regulations and Health and Safety regulations and laws
Experience in a supervisory role
