Job Description FYidoctors - Halifax - Lacewood Drive clinic is looking for a new Patient Services Specialist. This is a full‑time role working 30-40 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday. You will play a critical role by delivering world‑class service and making a positive impact on our patients every day. As a Patient Services Specialist you will be responsible for front desk reception and pre‑testing duties and will often be the first point of contact. We are seeking someone with a passion for people and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service. Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Administering pre‑testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
