The role involves translating complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and high-availability CRM applications, while ensuring compliance with OPS standards and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applicationsTranslate system and business requirements into detailed technical specifications and working solutionsCustomize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, reports, ribbons, and menusDevelop and maintain custom workflows, plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flowsImplement integrations with enterprise systems using CRM SDKs, Web APIs, and middlewareDevelop and support Power Apps, Power Pages, and custom portalsBuild and maintain Power BI and Dynamics CRM reports for operational and analytical needsPerform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and post-implementation supportConduct design walkthroughs and provide technical guidance to project teamsCreate and maintain technical and user documentation in accordance with OPS standardsRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365Expertise in Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, OData, FetchXML, and XRM ToolboxExtensive experience developing Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate solutionsProven experience integrating Dynamics CRM with enterprise systemsStrong knowledge of Dataverse design and developmentExperience with Azure technologies including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and Web JobsSolid understanding of CRM security models including roles, teams, and authentication (Azure AD B2C, Okta)Technical and Methodology RequirementsExperience working in Agile development environmentsWorking knowledge of DevOps tools, task boards, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with SQL, ETL processes, and data integrationStrong understanding of cloud security principles and best practicesReporting and AnalyticsExperience developing Dynamics CRM reports and Microsoft Power BI dashboardsStrong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reportingAbility to design and implement reporting solutions for on-demand and scheduled deliveryCommunication and CollaborationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prepare and present technical documentation, solution designs, and user manualsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting and Information Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
