Ticket volume can vary, so flexibility and adaptability are important.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCustomer InteractionRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and virtual fittingsHandle escalated concerns with professionalism and empathyManage tickets efficiently to ensure resolutions within 24-48 hoursBuild lasting relationships through clear and caring communicationTeam SupportMentor and support junior associates as the team growsAssist with onboarding and training new team membersProblem Solving & CommunicationInvestigate and resolve customer issues promptlyCollaborate with internal teams to address recurring concernsRespond to customer reviews on Google and other platformsTrack and share trends or feedback with managementQuality & Product KnowledgeMaintain expert knowledge of Park & Fifth products and policiesEnsure all customer interactions reflect our brand values and standardsFollow up with customers after virtual fittings or orders to enhance their experienceWhat We’re Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompassionate, professional, and customer-focusedHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyAdaptable to changing workloads and prioritiesInterest in the bridal or fashion industry is a plusTo Apply:Please email hailey.bujold@parkandfifthco.com with your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit for our Park & Fifth team.
