As Senior Associate, Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Willowdale’s growth and strategic direction. You’ll drive the development of new fund structures, partnerships, and initiatives from initial analysis through to implementation. By collaborating across teams and managing financial processes end-to-end, your work will directly support our expansion across North America and help optimize our balance sheet for long-term success. The Willowdale Asset Management Corporate Office is located in Concord, Ontario. What We Are Looking For University degree in real estate development, business, economics, or finance (with a real estate emphasis) 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, accounting, or consulting Progress toward CFA, CBV, or CPA designation (asset) Experience preparing investment structuring recommendations and reports Experience preparing pitch books and investor materials for capital raising Experience in capital needs analysis and planning Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); S&P Capital IQ experience is an asset Self-starter with a strategic mindset and service-oriented attitude Strong ability to formally articulate and present data You’ll Stand Out if You Bring: Experience preparing detailed and professional investment structuring recommendation presentations and reports Experience preparing pitch books and investor materials for raising capital for development projects, equity funds, and/or debt financing Experience in corporate finance for capital needs analysis and planning Advanced Excel skills, including building complex financial models Experience with S&P Capital IQ Ability to work independently and resourcefully solve problems Strong interpersonal skills and integrity for building trust with stakeholders Proven ability to present data and findings clearly to senior leadership and external partners The Willowdale Asset Management Experience Joining Willowdale Asset Management means joining a team that goes beyond expectations. What You’ll Be Doing Each Day Prepare and maintain valuation cash flow models for corporate valuation and annual Fair Market Value analysis. Generate strategic insights and create pitch books to support capital raising initiatives. Analyze and structure growth initiatives, collaborating across teams. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders. Lead due diligence processes for prospective and existing external capital partner relationships.
