You will be committed to providing excellent customer service so as to offer the highest quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to: Attend to members’ investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service Developing strategies and offering investment, financing and insurance products. Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
