**Job Brief**
Investment Associates provide a wide range of support services to members of the investment team and their clients. They set up and maintain investors' accounts and records, deal with queries, and prepare portfolio reports and investment market information.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Open Client Accounts
- Prepare summaries and other documents for Advisor’s client meetings
- Complete money movement for clients through company software
- Create financial / retirement plan forecasts
- Prepare tax packages for clients (working closely with accountants)
- Prepare client presentations
- Provide assistance to the investment team and work with other divisions within the organization

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
