Job Title: Part-Time Site Coordinator (Property Operations) Location: Toronto, ON Job Type: Part-time About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Site Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our residential properties across Toronto. This role is ideal for someone hands‑on who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating showings, and assisting with basic maintenance and site support. Key Responsibilities Conduct room and unit showings for prospective tenants Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs Perform basic maintenance tasks (minor repairs, checks, reporting issues) Liaise with tenants regarding site‑related concerns Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and contractors when needed Ensure units and common areas are presentable and well‑maintained Take photos/videos of units when required Provide regular updates to the operations team Requirements Fluent English is required (spoken and written) Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is an asset Comfortable speaking with tenants and prospects Basic understanding of maintenance tasks (or willingness to learn) Reliable, punctual, and well‑organized Able to travel between sites in Toronto Smartphone required (for communication, photos, and updates) Schedule & Compensation Part‑time with flexible scheduling Hours may include weekdays and occasional weekends Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Why Join Us Flexible work schedule Hands‑on experience in real estate and property operations Opportunity to grow into a larger role Supportive and fast‑growing team #J-18808-Ljbffr
