Software Engineer - SitecoreOur client, a leading organization undergoing a major technology and business transformation, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer - Sitecore to design, implement, and evolve enterprise‑grade digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of customer‑facing applications within a large‑scale, mission‑driven environment.About the RoleAs the organization's principal expert on Sitecore, you will take ownership of the platform's evolution and ensure its optimal use across teams and business lines. You will play a pivotal role in solution design, technical implementation, and continuous improvement—bridging business needs with cutting‑edge digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the organization's technical authority on Sitecore, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to development teams.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Sitecore solutions.Design and document software architectures, technical specifications, and integration diagrams for new and existing systems.Implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and enterprise standards.Partner with UX/UI specialists and business teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.Contribute to testing, defect management, and deployment processes to ensure reliable, high‑quality deliveries.Stay current with the latest Sitecore features, tools, and development trends, continuously driving innovation and improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Sitecore and front‑end development.Proficiency in Sitecore XP, Sitecore JSS, PowerShell, TDS, GlassMapper, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, and Visual Studio.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker, Azure Static Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management, and cloud‑based architectures (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).Experience implementing Solr or Coveo search within Sitecore environments.Demonstrated success working in Agile environments, leading complex projects, and driving best practices in software development.Preferred AssetsSitecore Certification or equivalent recognition. #J-18808-Ljbffr
