The opportunity As a Product Manager at Haventree Bank, you will play a critical role in shaping our new direct-to-consumer product portfolio. You’ll be accountable for articulating the vision and defining the strategy for functions in the digital bank, including consumer money movement, integration with customer operations, and lending portfolio. This role will be responsible for making recommendations to senior leaders for functionality and usability, leading the end-to-end product development process of the DTC portfolio, and advocating for customers through design and development. The objective is to drive the building of banking products and ensure their commercial and financial viability. What You’ll Be Doing Influence and contribute to HTB’s strategic plan that supports the organization’s growth and profitability. What You’ll Do Define and own the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and risk. Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors. Ensure compliance with regulations while creating secure, customer-first experiences. Product Development Lead initiatives through the full product lifecycle. Set KPIs, manage backlogs, and oversee sprints and releases. Gather feedback and iterate on features. Monitor performance and P&L, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency. Make confident, data-driven decisions balancing risk and opportunity. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, compliance, finance, and external partners. Who You Are 1–3 years of product management experience (banking/payments preferred). Strong problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills. Comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, architecture, requirements). Customer-obsessed and skilled at influencing and building consensus. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
