Le spécialiste du bonheur client sera responsable de la gestion du service client en développant, en surveillant et en améliorant les processus de service client à partir de notre siège social à Dorval. Cela comprend toute la gestion des relations entre les clients B2C et B2B, y compris les grands détaillants, les clients individuels et tous les autres clients potentiels.

Le spécialiste du bonheur client sera également responsable du développement d'un nouveau système de relation client et sera efficace et rapide dans l'accomplissement de ses tâches. Le candidat doit être concentré, ambitieux et avoir un fort désir de travailler pour atteindre les objectifs et développer ses compétences. Le spécialiste du bonheur client doit adopter une attitude positive avec une véritable passion pour le service client.

Les responsabilités comprennent:

-Connaissance des médias sociaux (Facebook et Instagram)
-Effectuer des ventes à partir des demandes de service client et traiter les transactions
-Fournir un service client exemplaire de manière efficace aux clients existants et nouveaux
-Coordonner les services de résolution des problèmes, en coordination avec le personnel interne approprié
-Fournir des informations aux clients concernant les retours de produits, y compris des informations sur la garantie
-Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
-Le candidat doit être parfaitement bilingue et avoir une excellente orthographe - Français et anglais parlé et écrit
-Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle; capacité à résoudre les problèmes avec succès; volonté de «faire un effort supplémentaire» pour le client
-MS Office (Outlook / Excel / Word) au-delà du niveau de base
-Capacité à se motiver et à travailler de manière autonome
-Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches
-Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes / dépannage.
