AI Product Engineer Motion is creating the command center for creative strategists: an AI-driven analytics and intelligence platform that bridges performance marketers and creative teams, helping them uncover what works, what doesn’t, and ultimately ship more winning ads across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. We’re building the future of creative intelligence and are looking for talented people to help us get there 🚀 Our Team & Fit At Motion, the engineering team builds market-leading software to accelerate the time to and quality of decisions made by creative strategists in paid advertising. That means increasingly augmenting our users’ abilities with AI agents and intelligence drawn from the many data sources we have available. We look for impatient, self-sufficient, pragmatic, and fun engineers who love building user-facing products. You should enjoy bringing new features from ideation to launch, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Motion is a fully remote company but we work closely as a team. We especially welcome candidates located in Toronto, Montreal, or Porto‑Portugal so they can join us for optional co‑working days. In This Role, You Will Complete two days of industry-specific and Motion-specific onboarding, pair with a senior dev to set up the codebase, and push a feature in your first week. Own a major initiative in your first three months. Work on a small, high‑ownership, cross-functional team with weekly cycles. Build user-facing products ranging from cutting-edge AI support to onboarding and creative discovery tools. Your Background Looks Something Like 5+ years of experience turning designs and product requirements into products people love and use every day. Exceptional at React, TypeScript, GraphQL. Fluent in Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. Interest in AI/ML. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities. Any past experience—self-taught, bootcamp, degree, founder—counts; we love talent from anywhere.
