Sr Manager, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) Join Jerry.ai as a Sr Manager to scale our core insurance business from 5M to 50M customers and achieve a $10B valuation. You will report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations and own the strategy and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. About The Opportunity We are a pre‑IPO startup with $240M in funding, 60x revenue growth in five years and capital to drive the next phase of scale. In this high‑visibility role you will: Own systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience. Ensure ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion). Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc). 5+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Track record of hiring and managing high‑performing teams. Who You Are You have a structured framework for problem‑solving and live by first principles. You are comfortable communicating with audiences ranging from technical stakeholders to the C‑suite. You set a very high bar for yourself and for your team, constantly pushing that bar higher in pursuit of excellence.
