Advanced proficiency in data visualization, executive presentation development, and strategic planning methodologies are essential.**About the Role**In this opportunity as **Sr. Manager, Strategy and Operations**, your key responsibilities will include:* **Strategic Planning & Performance Management:** Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function.* **Metrics & Dashboard Development:** Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes.* **Executive Decision Support:** Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and marketing optimization.* **Leadership Meeting Preparation:** Coordinate and develop materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Prepare agendas, pre-reads and summaries of decisions and next steps.
