FKA is looking for a full-time Office Administrator in Edmonton with two or more years of experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with our internal teams and leadership, while liaising with external clients and building management.  You will be responsible for receiving clients and guests at our front desk, managing mail and couriers, and procuring office supplies. You will be responsible for administering our technology and coordinating onboarding of new employees. You’ll be asked to assist our president and leadership team with a variety of business administration tasks including calendar management, organizing office events and meetings, arranging travel, and supporting expense processes.The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, is detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills. To be successful in this role you will be an administrative professional with the ability to work independently and to manage confidential information and tasks.Candidates should possess: 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in office / business administration
  • Certificate or diploma in business administration strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Experience supporting day-to-day project tasks including data entry and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities with the ability to recognize and respond to time sensitive requests and tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures, office equipment, and procurement
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with Google Suite and Apple products strongly desired
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $57,000 depending on experience and qualifications. FKA currently offers all Edmonton-based team members a hybrid work arrangement.  Due to the nature of this position, the majority of your work hours will be on-site.  We offer an exciting, collaborative, and highly supportive agency environment.
