This position falls under our International Fleet line of business and is located in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the delivery process for products in their respective product groups.How We WorkAs an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in our Vancouver office locationCompany-issued equipmentRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Overseeing the Agile process for the entire group, ensuring that delivery timelines and commitments are met consistently across teams.Ensuring that a realistic and clear contract (set of delivery expectations) is agreed upon during sprint planning. The Agile Delivery Manager drives teams to fulfill these commitments.Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation is flexible and optimized for delivery. Reallocate resources as needed to meet targets.Ensuring that the Agile process is correctly understood and implemented. This includes overseeing daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned with their goals.Monitoring team progress (velocity, sprint progress), raise red flags when delivery is at risk, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track. They ensure transparency regarding the status of sprints.Acting as a liaison between product managers, developers, and leadership to maintain clear, effective communication. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on delivery expectations and progress.Leading Agile transformation within the organization, ensuring that teams adopt new processes and that improvements are continuously made to the Agile delivery system.Establishing the contract between engineers and product for each sprintCoordinating and synchronizing activities across teams within their respective engineering groupDefining and enforcing software processes within the engineering groupCapturing, monitoring and communicating key software performance metrics for all teams within the engineering groupChanging leadership within the engineering groupQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent proven work experience.7+ years of experience in Project Management using Agile frameworksAbility to work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and project management tools, primarily Jira/Confluence.Formal certifications in project management (PMP / PgMP and PMI-ACP) are nice to havesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership skillsProblem-solving skillsCompensationThe salary range for this role is $105,000 -$131,000 CAD annually. We consider several factors when determining a proposed salary range, including but not limited to: experience, education, location, budget, and internal equity.
