Parx Home Care is looking for a talented Home Health Aide to join our amazing teamThe Home Health Aide will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.What you will be doing:Assist individuals with their daily needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.Remind individuals to take their medication and offer help with administering it.Keep track of vital signs and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.Take care of light household tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements.Engage in meaningful and compassionate conversations with clients.Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a state-approved training program for Home Health AidesA valid certification as a Home Health AideA minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health AideExcellent communication and empathy skills with clients and their familiesAbility to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanicsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationCurrent CPR CertificationAbout Us:Our mission is to provide and restore client dignity and independence in their homes through individualized care plans to reduce caregiver role and stress on family members while avoiding nursing homes and assisted living facilities.Parx Home Care, an affiliate of Ultimate Care, is a licensed home care provider located in Florida.
