(SkySys) Requirements 4+ years as a client Must have experience in the banking environment Must have experience working on PeopleSoft application (HR application) Must have strong knowledge / experience with the following: Peoplesoft tools language (PowerShell script, SQR, SQC) Autosys Oracle/SQL Shell Scripting (PowerShell) ServiceNow Web application skills (Apache Tomcat, IIS) Responsibilities Level 1 and 2 support: active monitoring of production activities, confirming PeopleSoft PROD and pre‑prod environments are up and running, performing remediation steps when required, interface with external IT communities to resolve incidents, reviewing Process Scheduler for schedules by client for 'Cancel', 'Cancelled', 'Error' and 'No Success' run status in PeopleSoft PROD environment, working with development community for Level 3 incident escalations, managing alerts from alerting tool and configuring new alerts, logging work and effort in support tracking application, reviewing and managing emails in support mailbox for any user reporting an issue (creating ticket), being available for after‑hours support activities when necessary, monitoring PeopleSoft Windows servers on receipt of alert from Wintel, managing Sailpoint new account creation and account removal request, monitoring upcoming maintenance/patches on the servers (Application, Web, Database, F5), and leading operational meetings with BRM and ADM to address pending problem/incident tickets. Change and Request Management: responsible and accountable for changes to the pre‑prod and production environment, working with development community for release prioritization, ensuring that requests for change adhere to Group and Department Policies, and being available for after‑hours and/or weekend change activities when necessary. Reporting & Special Projects: participating in project elaboration phases to ensure application production team is aware of upcoming changes and has required skills for supporting changes post‑launch, participating in application patching to remove IT security risk and vulnerabilities with ADM teams, regularly reporting to line manager for prioritization and escalation, tightly controlling access to sensitive data in the platform, conducting and participating in meetings with related communities, performing control result analysis and reporting and taking up corrective actions as needed, and, as required, taking up project management responsibilities for special projects.
