Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey**This is a remote role based in Montreal, QC, with occasional travel to vendor sites in Ottawa and Atlantic Canada as needed.**Position Summary:*** Building relationships with vendor partners and growing the business by market share.* Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal sales teams, ensuring clear communication of vendor programs, incentives, and product updates.* Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities.* Support vendor onboarding and integration processes, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with internal systems and processes.* Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.* Must be okay to travel 25% within Ottawa and Atlantic Canada.**What you bring to the role:*** College diploma or degree or equivalent experience.* Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.* Technology experience or channel experience is ideal.* Must have excellent sales, relationship-building, customer service, and presentation skills.* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust.* Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule as needed.* Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function.* Must be bilingual and fluent in English and French.* Experience with MS Office Suite is required.* Must be open to traveling within Ottawa and the Atlantic Canadian region.* Provides solutions to a variety of advanced, complex technical projects or business issues.* \*This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
