With aggressive new growth initiatives being launched our client requires a Chief Financial Officer to drive organic and acquisitive strategies to move the business to the next level and beyond.ResponsibilitiesDrive organic and acquisitive strategies to move the business to the next level and beyond.Work at strategic and tactical level as a valued member of the executive team.Oversee a lean, fast‑paced team responsible for Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resource functions.Operate in a “roll up your sleeves” environment, wearing multiple hats and contributing to operational transformation and optimization.Upgrade reporting and visibility across all business areas: service offering ROI, regional operational performance, acquisition integration efficiency, and banking relationships.Ideal Candidate & QualificationsExperience in consumer services with multi‑location/multi‑region jurisdiction.Proven track record in acquisitions and integration.Management of lending relationships.Optimal utilization of IT, HR, or other operational functions for organization transformation.Background in consumer‑facing financial services, automotive, foodservice, or professional/household services is an asset.Availability for short‑duration quarterly travel to Western Europe.CompensationA competitive base and bonus opportunity is offered along with compelling equity incentives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
