Chief Financial Officer – Global Consumer ServicesOur client is a middle‑market consumer services company and a dominant industry player in their sector. With aggressive new growth initiatives being launched our client requires a Chief Financial Officer to drive organic and acquisitive strategies to move the business to the next level and beyond.You will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee a “lean and mean”, fast‑paced team with responsibility for building out the Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resource functions.This is a true “roll‑up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level to operational transformation and optimization. You will also focus on upgrading reporting on and visibility into all areas of the business, from service offering ROI and regional operational performance to acquisition integration efficiency and banking relationships.ResponsibilitiesDrive organic and acquisitive growth strategies.Provide strategic and tactical support as a member of the executive team.Lead and develop a lean, fast‑paced finance, accounting, IT, and HR team.Contribute to operational transformation and optimization across multiple locations.Enhance reporting and visibility across service ROI, regional performance, acquisition integration, and banking relationships.QualificationsExperience in consumer services, multi‑location/multi‑region jurisdictions, acquisitions, and integrations.Experience managing lending relationships and optimizing IT, HR, and other operational functions for organizational transformation.Background in consumer‑facing financial services, automotive, foodservice, and/or professional or household services is an asset.Willingness to travel quarterly to Western Europe.BenefitsA competitive base and bonus opportunity is offered along with compelling equity incentives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
