About the Role As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible. The Technical Account Manager role helps qualify opportunities, build proposals, ensure smooth delivery handoffs, and maintain strong technical alignment across client environments. Location and Schedule London. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Hybrid work mode. What You Will Do Participate in client meetings to explain solutions, gather requirements, and present recommendations. Conduct IT health and alignment reviews and document risks and gaps. Assess network, server, and system stability and provide remediation recommendations. Perform fire‑drills and root cause analysis for recurring or high‑impact issues. Ensure clients follow standards for access control, backups, and governance. Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes. Participate in Modern Work and Security Hardening initiatives for M365. Collaborate with engineering and vendor partners to confirm technical accuracy and feasibility. Help shape and refine TAM processes, templates, and documentation standards. What We Are Looking For 3+ years in an MSP, technical account management, or pre‑sales engineering role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure, Windows Server, networking, security practices, and MSP toolsets. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience creating proposals and scoping IT projects. Why MSP Corp Benefits package.
