OverviewJoin to apply for the Oracle HCM Functional Analyst role at Ritchie Bros.ResponsibilitiesSupport Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on modules such as Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Absences, and TimeTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTBI and BIP reportsBuild, run, and schedule custom reports as neededWork with Fast Formulas and eligibility profiles; experience in this area is highly desiredConfigure application, evaluate impacts, and support releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancementsCreate and update configuration documents for enhancements and bug fixesCollaborate with business owners/ vendors/IT to analyze and prioritize requirements, following the JIRA/CAB process for development, testing and deploymentActively participate in team discussions and projects across different time zonesCollect, correct, and analyze data for different People related metricsProviding training and coaching to end users as neededSet a positive example through attitude and performance, be willing to perform additional tasks as assignedQualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience implementing/supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applicationsStrong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting toolsProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various time zonesFlexibility to adjust working hours slightly earlier or later to accommodate EST/PST time zonesTypical Corporate Office Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
