Project Manager (File Based, MAM & Playout Systems)To coordinate and assist with the installation of Broadcast Media Solutions internationally in a professional and timely fashion. Driving the Project team to deliver the system to an agreed specification through the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of the projectFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full‑scale project plansAssemble and coordinate project staffManage project budgetManage project resource allocationPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to project teamEnsure quality assuranceConstantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsConduct project evaluations and assess resultsQualificationsEducation in Electronics, Electrical, Computers or related fieldSuccessful project implementation in a Broadcast software solution environmentExperience with broadcast automation and device control, media management and desktop workflowExperience with Broadcast IT and network infrastructureUnderstanding of application integration with business systems via XML interchange formatKnowledge of current digital video compression standards and file typesGood written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsEmployer funded benefits programCompetitive total compensation packageWork‑life balanceEmployee Assistance planEmployee Discount PlatformCareer progressionCasual work environmentSocial events and sports teamsLocation: Burlington, OntarioHours: Monday – Friday, 40 hoursSalary Range: $50K CAD – $60K CAD, based on experienceEvertz makes certain there is an equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment, including persons with disabilities.
